ARTIST STATEMENT

The act of recycling objects and composting these forms is the way I create sculptural paintings. These collected materials come from my personal interaction with them. It is the alchemy involved in turning nothing into something that I find endlessly fascinating. By stretching and exercising these found forms I give them their second breath and to each their own personality.
